Asanga Solange Tengu holds a professional master’s degree in Quality Management and Control. She
doubles as a certified child psychologist. She demonstrates competence as a trainer in areas of
occupational health safety, food safety and customer care.
Since 2016, Tengu Solange has been supporting the food and restoration sector through employee training and sensitization on food safety (Good Hygienic Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices).
She is also more concerned about the safety of employees while carrying out their jobs reason why, for over five years she has trained and sensitize over 400 employees on occupational health safety. She was one of the lead trainers who helped in preparing hotels and restaurants to host
international guest during the recent CHAN games that took place in Cameroon.
She is also a humanitarian and focuses her charity activities on the betterment of the moral bank account of kids and young people. Through her Confidence Building and Effective Communication, CBEC the program, the kids first initiative and kids hall of talents foundation, her works have impacted the lives of over 10000 young people in Cameroon and beyond.
